ABOUT

Optimal Fitness offers personal fitness training services, in Tartu. 
Trainings are held at the gym of University of Tartu Sports Hall, in English.

Optimal fitness training combines strength, endurance and flexibility training in optimal balance. 

Trainings are designed to challenge you, but also to keep you within the safe boundaries of injury-free training. As we exercise together we will also address any postural imbalances. You will develop better coordination and greater capacity for variety of exercise approaches. As the training progresses we will introduce some power moves and plyometrics as well. 

The final result is a stronger, healthier, more aesthetic and capable body. 

In addition, as a part of Optimal Fitness training you will receive exercise coaching and nutritional counseling. It is important to understand how to exercise properly so that you can eventually continue to workout on your own and design your own training plan. We will go over different machines, free-weights and cardio equipment to

understand most optimal approach to strength training and cardio-vascular conditioning. 

For all fitness goals nutrition plays a key role. We will address this in relationship to your specific goals and needs. You will receive nutritional and lifestyle tips on how to maximize your fitness progress, live healthier and more balanced. 

Finally we will also address recovery phase of the exercise program, and introduce some breathing and relaxation techniques to restore the nervous system more efficiently post workout. This will include tips on what you can do during the rest of your time (when you are not exercising) to help your body recover and prepare for the next workout.

STEP 1 - FREE CONSULTATION

First we schedule a free 30-minute consultation session, so I can learn more about you and your fitness goals. This is done remotely via phone or video call, or in person. 
 

STEP 2 - COME IN FOR A FREE ASSESSMENT SESSION 

We will meet at the gym (University of Tartu Sports Center) for the first session, to go over a Personal Training Questionairre, where you answer some questions in regards to your background, current health, fitness condition and future goals. This is followed by an assessment session, where we test your current fitness level. 

 

STEP 3 - WE START YOUR FREE TRAINING 
In the first week we will meet two more times, so you can get an experience of personal training, and decide if this is something you would like to continue with. These two sessions are also free of charge or any obligation. 

STEP 4 - CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PLAN

After the first week you will have a good idea of the structure and benefits of personal training, and if you wish to continue we will make a customized workout plan that suits your needs and goals. 

 

STEP 5 - WE GO ALL-IN 
As we start to workout we will maximize our time together and push you to the safe limits of your capabilities. In the process you will also learn a lot about exercising, nutrition, and what you are capable of!

SERVICES

Personal Training 
is an in-person physical fitness training, in a format of 1-hour sessions at a regular schedule, usually over a 4-week period at a time.
During Personal Training you receive a customized workout plan and guided step-by-step instructions through each workout, as well as any support that you might need.
Personal Coaching 
adds another element to the Personal Training.
During the training sessions I will both train you and teach you how to exercise on your own. After some time, when you feel like you have learned enough, you may choose to continue to workout on your own, because coaching gives you tools and knowledge necessary to create your own workout plans.
Nutritional Consultation 
as we do our sessions 
 you will also  receive all that you need to know about nutritional and lifestyle changes needed for your particular fitness goals. After some time you will be ready to make your own diet plan and implement it into your current lifestyle., and if you need any support with it I will be available via email and Whatsap. 

How do sessions look like?

Sessions are one-hour long and we will always work to maximize our time together.

Each session includes a combination of strength, endurance and power training, flexibility, mobility, balance, and postural alignment if needed. 

Each session starts with a warm up, proceeds with a workout and ends with stretching and cool-down. 

In between we work hard, rest little, and talk about exercise, nutrition and what you can do to maximize your progress. 

All sessions are held at the Tartu University Sports Center and their full gym equipment is used as necessary.

Additional Costs 
35 euros per month for gym membership 
(if you are not a member of Tartu University Sports Center gym)

What is included in the pricing? 
One hour training sessions takes on average two hours of time,

since they includes commute to and from the gym, preparation

of the custom training program and one hour of personal training. 
The price also includes 24% tax and monthly fee paid for the use

of the gym space.

FREE TRAINING 
Free Training includes a consultation session (30 minutes), an assessment session and two 

personal training sessions, over a period of one week. 

CURRENT RATES

All sessions are currently on 30% discount. If you book your training now your rates will remain the same. 

For couples training there is an additional 20% discount, which makes for a 50% discount rate.
